Features Comprehensive set of Databases and Tools A Nutrition database contains 95% of the most common foods and beverages. The database has been edited so that you don?t have to page through 1500 entries for "Beef" or understand research terms.. The Nutrition database contains items from restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King, Domino?s Pizza, Marie Callender?s and popular brands like Kellogg?s, Kraft, Campbell?s and Budweiser. Each Item in the Nutrition database provides the amount of calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins based on data from the USDA. An Activities database contains the most common exercises and household chores. Activities include over 100 strength training exercises. Create new Nutrition and Activity Items for uncommon foods or exercises. Export daily entries and send them to your PC by email where you can store and use your data with products like Excel.
